Bruce Corsaw is our
Executive Director and is responsible for managing
Local 620’s operations, assets and staff. In addition Bruce negotiates
contracts, works closely with the stewards, handles grievances and appeals of
discipline for members, and manages the field operations including Field
Representatives, Member Services Coordinator and works closely with other staff
members performing work in the field for Local 620. Bruce has worked for
Local 620 since 2001. Bruce previously worked in various fields including
engineering, manufacturing, welding and has owned two companies.

George
Green is one of our Field Representatives. He negotiates contracts,
works closely with the stewards, handles grievances for Members, and
works with other staff members. George has worked for Local 620 since
1994. George previously worked in related fields including representing
domestic workers and organizing with the United Farm Workers.

Mike
Woods is one of our Field Representatives. He represents members, works
closely with stewards, handles grievances for members, and works with
other staff members. Mike previously worked for SEIU-UHW (United
Healthcare Workers West) as a field representative. He was also a
steward for (CASHA) Cash and Security Handlers Association working in
the armored transport industry.

Ms. Helman is the
Administrative Assistant for Local 620. She is the clerical support for
the office as well as being assigned the maintenance of our database
and current records. She is also responsible for answering the phones
and referring calls and questions to other staff members. Elena is a
native of Russia and came to the USA in 1997. She holds a BA in
Linguistics and Cross-Cultural Communications from the Far-Eastern State
Technical University, Vladivostok, Russia.
